Vik 144 est le cruiser-racer du milieu de gamme. Ses profondes dérives garantissent un cap excellent et réduisent la traînée au portant. Les safrans suspendus elliptiques donnent un contrôle parfait. Il a été muni d’un mât rotatif en bois/carbone ou en aluminium. Un mât en carbone serait idéal. Le plan de pont dégagé est apprécié pour la manœuvre comme pour le farniente. Un choix de 3 ou 4 cabines, un
grand carré panoramique à deux entrées permet d'adapter les aménagements à la
plupart des besoins. Une grande attention a été
apportée au centrage des poids pour limiter le tangage. |
Vik 144 is the mid-range cruiser-racer. Deep daggerboards ensure excellent pointing
ability and reduced drag off the wind. Elliptical spade rudders provide good
control with minimum drag. She was fitted with a plywood/carbon/epoxy or
aluminium wing mast. A carbon mast would be ideal. The clean deck plan is much appreciated to
handle the light weather sails, anchor, inflate the dinghy or sunbath. With a choice of 3 or 4 cabins and a
panoramic saloon with twin entrances, the accommodation can ideally suit most
requirements. A lot of attention has been paid to concentrate the weights
to limit pitching. |

Freydis 49 est la dernière évolution de ce fameux modèle dont un exemplaire vient de terminer sa troisième croisière autour du Monde. TOURNIER Marine le réalise en
moules femelle et il disponible à tous stades de construction. La
construction utilise une résine vinylester avec des renforts Kevlar dans les
fonds pour la meilleure résistance à l'impact et à l'osmose. Il échoue facilement sur ses
ailerons qui protègent coques, hélices et safrans et sont intégrés dans la
courbe des aires des flotteurs. Le gréement à mât rotatif
carbone est efficace mais reste facile à manier grâce aux lazy-jacks de la
grand-voile et l'enrouleur de foc. Les voiles légères en tête dopent les
performances par petit temps. Le carré panoramique peut
accueillir une belle cuisine et la table à cartes. La version location à 4 ou
5 cabines possède deux salles d’eau qui résolvent tous les problèmes de
circulation intérieure. La version voyage à 3 cabines bénéficie de moteurs
centrés pour réduire le tangage. Le plan de pont facilite les
manœuvres des voiles ou de mouillage et invite au farniente. L'annexe est sur
filet ou bossoirs. |
Freydis 49 is the latest evolution of this famous
model, one of which just completed her third Round the World cruise. TOURNIER Marine builts her from female moulds
to any stage of completion from the bare mouldings to the finished boat.
Construction uses vinylester resin and Kevlar reinforcements for best impact
and fatigue resistance. She easily takes the ground on her
trouble-free low-aspect keels which protect her hulls, rudders and propellers
and are faired into the hulls curve of area. Her efficient carbon rotating rig is easily
handled with the lazy-jacks of the mainsail and the jib roller-reefing. Masthead drifter and spinnaker provide
excellent performance in light weather.
The bridge-deck accommodates a superb saloon,
the chart table and a convenient galley. The twin bathrooms are ideally
placed for circulation with 4 or 5 cabins for charter. For voyaging, the 3
cabins version have the engine amidships to reduce pitching. The clean deck plan is a delight to handle
sails, anchor or sunbath. The dinghy is on nettings or davits. |

Ksenia 149vision est le catamaran de voyage du juste milieu: Suffisamment grand pour avoir tout le confort, un comportement marin sécurisant et une vitesse de croisière soutenue. Pas trop grand pour rester maniable par un couple et simple à entretenir. Sa construction peut s'envisager de deux façons: -Toutes les pièces moulées peuvent être expédiées en camion ou container puis assemblées en amateur ou par le chantier le plus indiqué. -Le bateau complètement terminé et livré par le chantier Ksenia. |
Ksenia 149vision is the middle size voyager: Large enough to be really comfortable, have a
nice turn of speed and a safe ride. Not too big to be handled by a couple and to
remain easily maintained. Two ways of building her: -All moulded parts may be delivered by truck
or shipped in a container to be assembled by the most suitable boatyard or by
a home-builder.. -Boat totally finished and delivered by
Ksenia boatyard. |
