Les ULDB possèdent sans aucun doute un inégalable rapport coût de construction, performances, volume intérieur. Avec sa carène issue du Flash 50, Haka 152 est destiné au voyage (très) rapide. Le problème d'obtenir une bonne raideur à la toile avec un tirant d'eau acceptable en croisière a été résolu avec une nouvelle évolution du Lerouge Twin Keel System. Un mât carbone est indispensable pour porter beaucoup de voilure sans compromettre la stabilité. Les aménagements sont sobres et structurels pour obtenir un bon rapport de lest. Les réservoirs d'eau se ballastent. Les poids sont très centrés avec le moteur sous la table du carré. Le cockpit est protégé par un abri de descente. Combining sail power with reasonable draft was done with our latest evolution of the Lerouge Twin Keel System. A carbon mast is required to carry lots of sail without compromising stability. Accommodation is simple and structural to get a high ballast ratio. Fresh water tanks are used as ballast. All weights are amidships such as the engine under the table. The cockpit is sheltered by the cabin extension.
